At Amandasueke, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, or custom manufacturing reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or missing components
Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
Contact Us First:
Email info@amandasueke.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization:
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Ship the Item:
Once you have the RA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Responsibility for Return Transit:
You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
