  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.

Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  2. We will investigate the delay with the carrier.
  3. If the delay exceeds 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, we will offer a coupon or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Order Issues

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
